The Care Quality Commission (CQC) requires new provider to complete the following

1. DBS check.

The regulatory body require you to apply for Countersigned DBS Check before submitting your application.

2. Business Plan.

This document describes your business aims and objectives, strategies, sales, marketing and financial forecasts.

3.  Statement of Purpose.

4. Financial viability statement.

The financial viability statement needs to be completed by either your accountant or a bank or financial services firm regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

5.  Registered Manager application.
6. Complete your Provider application.
7. Submit your application with supporting document. which include the pre registration document
